Rapid Japanese Training (“RJT”) is operated by Rapid Japanese Training.

2. Accounts & Eligibility（アカウント・利用資格）
You must be at least 13 years old (or the required age in your region) to use RJT.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
RJT のご利用は13歳以上（各地域の要件に従います）を対象とします。
ログインID・パスワードの管理およびアカウントに紐づく一切の行為については、お客様ご自身の責任となります。
3. Services & Access（提供内容・アクセス）
RJT provides digital-only access to e-learning software for Japanese language study, including:
- Courses and lessons（コース・レッスン）
- Quizzes and practice questions（問題・練習問題）
- Listening audio（聴解音声）
- Progress and review features（学習履歴・復習機能）
We do not sell exam registration, official certification, or physical goods through this site.
本サイト上で、試験の申込代行、公的資格の授与、物品販売等は行いません。
As of the effective date, access to available content is provided free of charge.
We may display affiliate links or banners to third-party services.
本規約の施行日時点で、公開されているコンテンツへのアクセスは無料で提供されています。
また、第三者サービスへのアフィリエイトリンクやバナーを表示する場合があります。
4. Paid plans（有料プランについて）
We may introduce paid plans or paid digital products in the future. Before doing so, we will:
- Update these Terms of Service（本利用規約の改定）
- Update the Pricing and Refund Policy pages（Pricing および返金ポリシーページの更新）
- Clearly display prices, currencies, and payment methods at checkout （チェックアウト画面での価格・通貨・支払方法の明示）
Currently, no fees are charged by RJT for using the available content, and Sections related to payments and refunds are only forward-looking.
現時点では、RJT は利用可能なコンテンツに対して料金を請求しておらず、支払いおよび返金に関する規定は将来の運用を見越したものです。
5. Affiliate Links & Third-Party Services（アフィリエイトリンク・第三者サービス）
RJT may contain links or banners to third-party websites, products, or services, including affiliate links. We do not operate or control those third-party services and are not responsible for:
- Availability, accuracy, or security of third-party sites （第三者サイトの利用可能性・正確性・安全性）
- Quality or suitability of third-party products or services （第三者の商品・サービスの品質・適合性）
- Transactions you enter into directly with third parties （お客様と第三者との間で直接行われる取引）
Any use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to those services’ own terms and policies.
第三者サービスの利用はお客様ご自身の判断と責任で行っていただき、各サービス独自の利用規約・ポリシーが適用されます。
6. Payments, Taxes, Receipts（支払い・税・領収書：将来導入時）
As of the effective date, RJT does not process payments on this site. If we later introduce paid plans:

Payments will be processed by one or more third-party payment processors
(for example, credit card processors or payment gateways).
決済は、クレジットカード決済代行や決済ゲートウェイ等の第三者決済事業者によって処理されます。 -
Applicable taxes (such as VAT/GST or consumption tax) may be assessed and collected by us or by those processors,
depending on the region.
VAT/GST や消費税等の税金は、地域に応じて当社または決済事業者が算出・徴収する場合があります。
Details about prices, taxes, and receipts will be shown on the Pricing page and at checkout,
and any additional terms from the payment provider will apply.
価格・税・領収書の詳細は、Pricing ページおよびチェックアウト画面に表示され、
決済事業者の利用規約等も併せて適用されます。
7. Refunds（返金）
Our general approach to refunds will be described in the Refund Policy.
In case of inconsistency between these Terms and the Refund Policy, the Refund Policy will prevail for refund matters.
返金に関する基本的な方針は、返金ポリシーに定めます。
返金に関する事項について、本利用規約と返金ポリシーの内容が矛盾する場合は、返金ポリシーの定めが優先されます。
As of the effective date, there are no charges by RJT, so the refund rules are only forward-looking.
本規約の施行日時点で、RJT による課金は行われていないため、返金ルールは将来の運用に備えた規定です。
8. Acceptable Use（許容利用）
あなたは次の行為を行わないことに同意するものとします。
- Share your login credentials with others（ID・パスワードの共有）
- Scrape, crawl, or bulk download content（スクレイピング・クローリング・コンテンツの大量取得）
- Circumvent technical or access controls（技術的制限・アクセス制限の迂回）
- Use RJT for unlawful, infringing, or abusive purposes（違法・権利侵害・迷惑行為等の目的での利用）
- Engage in activities that harm the security or integrity of the service （サービスの安全性・健全性を損なう行為）
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these rules.
当社は、これらのルールに違反したと合理的に判断した場合、アカウントの停止・利用制限等の措置を講じることがあります。
9. Intellectual Property（知的財産）
All content on RJT (including text, questions, audio, graphics, and software) is owned by us or our licensors.
RJT 上のテキスト・問題・音声・画像・ソフトウェア等のコンテンツに関する権利は、当社またはライセンサーに帰属します。
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service solely for your own learning,
subject to these Terms.
お客様には、本利用規約に従い、ご自身の学習目的に限って本サービスを利用する、
非独占的かつ譲渡不可の利用ライセンスが付与されます。
10. User Content（ユーザー投稿）
If you submit reviews, comments, answers, or other content (“User Content”),
you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and analyze such content for operating and improving RJT.
レビュー・コメント・回答その他のコンテンツ（以下「ユーザーコンテンツ」）を投稿された場合、
お客様は、RJT の運営および改善の目的に限り、当該コンテンツを利用・表示・分析する
非独占的な利用許諾を当社に付与するものとします。
11. Changes & Availability（変更・提供停止）
We may modify or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We will post material changes to these Terms on the site.
当社は、本サービスの機能を変更・追加・削減したり、提供を中断・終了したりすることがあります。無停止での提供は保証しません。
利用規約に重要な変更がある場合は、本サイト上で告知します。
12. Disclaimers & Liability（免責・責任制限）
RJT is provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages（間接的・付随的・結果的な損害）
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities（データ・利益・ビジネス機会の喪失）
- Issues arising from third-party services or networks （第三者サービスやネットワークに起因する問題）
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limitations; in such cases, the above will apply
only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
法域によっては、上記の免責・制限の一部が認められない場合があります。
その場合は、適用法令で認められる範囲でのみ適用されます。
13. Termination（契約終了）
You may stop using RJT at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms
or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the service or other users.
お客様はいつでもRJTの利用を中止できます。当社は、本利用規約違反がある場合や、
サービス・他の利用者の保護のために必要と合理的に判断した場合、アカウントの停止・解約等の措置を行うことができます。
14. Governing Law（準拠法）
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
本利用規約は、抵触法の原則を除き、日本法に準拠します。
