Accounts & Eligibility（アカウント・利用資格）
EN: You must be at least 13 years old (or the required age in your region) to use RJT. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
JA: RJT のご利用は13歳以上（各地域の要件に従います）を対象とします。 ログイン情報の管理およびアカウントに紐づく一切の行為は、お客様ご自身の責任となります。
Services（提供内容）
EN: RJT provides digital-only access to Japanese learning content and features, including courses, quizzes, listening audio, and progress/review tools. RJT does not sell exam registration, official certification, or physical goods.
JA: RJT は、日本語学習のためのデジタルコンテンツおよび機能（コース、問題、聴解音声、学習履歴・復習機能等）をオンラインで提供します。 試験申込代行、公的資格の授与、物品販売は行いません。
Paid Plans, Pricing, and Access（有料プラン・価格・利用権）
EN: RJT offers paid digital products and/or paid access plans. Prices, currency, plan duration, and what is included are displayed on the Pricing page and at checkout before purchase. Access is granted to the purchasing account only. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, purchases are not transferable and are intended for personal learning use.
JA: RJT は、有料のデジタル商品または有料アクセスプランを提供します。価格、通貨、利用期間、提供内容は、料金ページおよび購入手続き（チェックアウト）画面で事前に表示します。 購入により付与される利用権は購入者本人のアカウントに限られ、原則として譲渡・再販売・共有はできません。
Payments, Taxes, Receipts（支払い・税・領収書）
EN: Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor (currently Paddle). RJT does not receive your full card number. Applicable taxes (such as VAT/GST or consumption tax) may be added depending on your region and will be shown at checkout when required. Receipts or payment confirmations may be provided by the payment processor and/or by RJT depending on the payment method and region.
JA: 決済は第三者決済事業者（現在は Paddle）により処理されます。当社がカード番号等の完全な情報を取得することはありません。 地域により VAT/GST や消費税等が加算される場合があり、必要に応じてチェックアウト画面で表示されます。 領収書・支払い確認は、決済事業者および／または当社から提供される場合があります（支払方法・地域により異なります）。
Refunds（返金）
EN: Refund rules are described in the Refund Policy. In case of inconsistency between these Terms and the Refund Policy, the Refund Policy will prevail for refund matters.
JA: 返金に関する方針は返金ポリシーに定めます。返金に関して本利用規約と返金ポリシーの内容が矛盾する場合は、返金ポリシーの定めが優先されます。
Affiliate Links & Third-Party Services（アフィリエイトリンク・第三者サービス）
EN: RJT may contain links or banners to third-party services, including affiliate links. We do not control such services and are not responsible for their availability, security, or transactions you enter into with them. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and policies.
JA: RJT は第三者サービスへのリンクやバナー（アフィリエイトリンクを含む）を表示する場合があります。当社は第三者サービスを管理せず、利用可能性・安全性・お客様と第三者の取引について責任を負いません。 第三者サービスの利用は各サービスの規約・ポリシーに従い、お客様ご自身の責任で行ってください。
Acceptable Use（禁止事項）
EN: You agree not to: share login credentials, scrape/crawl/bulk download content, bypass access controls, use RJT for unlawful or abusive purposes, or harm the security/integrity of the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
JA: お客様は、ID・パスワードの共有、スクレイピング等による大量取得、技術的制限の迂回、違法・迷惑行為目的での利用、サービスの安全性・健全性を損なう行為を行わないことに同意します。 当社は違反があると合理的に判断した場合、利用制限・停止等を行うことがあります。
Intellectual Property（知的財産）
EN: All content and software on RJT are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use RJT solely for your own learning, subject to these Terms.
JA: RJT 上のコンテンツ・ソフトウェア等の権利は当社またはライセンサーに帰属します。お客様には、自己学習目的に限って本サービスを利用する非独占的かつ譲渡不可の利用ライセンスが付与されます。
User Content（ユーザー投稿）
EN: If you submit reviews, comments, answers, or other content (“User Content”), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and analyze it for operating and improving RJT.
JA: ユーザーコンテンツを投稿された場合、RJT の運営・改善の目的に限り、当社が利用・表示・分析する非独占的な利用許諾を当社に付与するものとします。
Changes & Availability（変更・提供停止）
EN: We may modify, add, or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Material changes to these Terms will be posted on the site.
JA: 当社は本サービスの機能を変更・追加・削減し、また提供を中断・終了することがあります。常時利用可能であることは保証しません。重要な規約変更はサイト上で告知します。
Disclaimers & Liability（免責・責任制限）
EN: RJT is provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of data/profits; or issues arising from third-party services or networks, to the extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, limitations apply only to the extent permitted.
JA: RJT は現状有姿で提供され、法令で認められる最大限の範囲で保証を行いません。当社は、間接損害・結果損害、データや利益の喪失、第三者サービスやネットワーク起因の問題について、法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。 法域により制限が認められない場合は、適用法令の範囲でのみ適用されます。
Termination（利用停止・終了）
EN: You may stop using RJT at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect RJT or other users.
JA: お客様はいつでも利用を中止できます。当社は、規約違反がある場合やサービス・他の利用者保護のために必要と合理的に判断した場合、利用制限・停止等を行うことがあります。
Governing Law & Jurisdiction（準拠法・管轄）
EN: These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sapporo District Court or the court having jurisdiction over our principal place of business, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
JA: 本利用規約は抵触法の原則を除き日本法に準拠します。紛争は、法令に別段の定めがある場合を除き、札幌地方裁判所または当社の主たる事業所を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
