EN: As of the effective date above, Rapid Japanese Training (“RJT”) offers free access to learning content. We may display affiliate links or banners from third parties, but we do not currently sell paid plans or collect payments directly on this site.
JA: 上記の施行日時点で、Rapid Japanese Training（以下「RJT」）は学習コンテンツへの無料アクセスのみを提供しています。 第三者のアフィリエイトリンクやバナーを表示する場合がありますが、本サイト上で有料プランを販売したり、 決済情報を直接取得したりすることは現時点ではありません。
If we later introduce paid plans or paid digital products, we will update this Policy and provide additional details about payment processing and related data.
将来、有料プランや有料デジタル商品を導入する場合は、本ポリシーを更新し、決済処理および関連データの取り扱いについて追記します。

Payment data（決済データ）
EN: Currently, RJT does not process payments directly. If we introduce paid plans in the future, payments may be handled by third-party payment processors (for example, Stripe or other providers). In that case, those providers will act as independent controllers or processors of payment-related data under their own privacy policies.

- Clicks on affiliate links and banners（アフィリエイトリンク・バナーのクリック情報）
- Referrer, campaign identifiers, and conversion signals provided by affiliate networks （アフィリエイトネットワークが付与するリファラー・キャンペーンID・コンバージョン情報等）
Support data（サポート対応）
- Messages you send us (email or forms)（お問い合わせメールやフォームの内容）
- Related metadata such as time, IP address, and browser info （送信日時、IPアドレス、ブラウザ情報等のメタデータ）
Payment metadata（決済メタデータ：将来導入時）
EN: If we introduce paid plans, we may receive limited payment metadata from payment providers (such as amount, currency, status, and product). We will not receive full card numbers.
JA: 将来有料プランを導入する場合、決済事業者から、 決済金額・通貨・ステータス・購入商品等の限定的なメタデータを受け取ることがありますが、 カード番号等の完全な情報を当社が取得することはありません。
3. Purposes & Legal Bases（利用目的・法的根拠）

6. International Transfers（国際移転）
Your data may be processed in countries outside your own (for example, where our hosting, analytics,
or email providers operate). We use appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses where required.
お客様のデータは、当社やホスティング事業者、分析・メール配信事業者が所在する国・地域で処理される場合があります。
その際は、必要に応じて契約上の保護措置等、適切な保護を講じます。
7. Retention（保存期間）

After that, we delete or anonymize data. / その後は削除または匿名化します。

9. Security（安全管理）
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, regular reviews)
to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
当社は、通信の暗号化、アクセス制御、定期的な見直しなど、合理的な安全管理措置を講じていますが、
インターネット上の完全な安全を保証するものではありません。
10. Children（未成年）
RJT is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will delete it.
RJT は13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。保護者等の適切な同意なく13歳未満の利用者からデータを取得したことが判明した場合、速やかに削除します。
11. Updates（改定）
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be posted on our website, and the “Effective date” will be updated.
当社は本プライバシーポリシーを更新することがあります。重要な変更は本サイト上で告知し、「施行日」を更新します。
