1. Current status（現在の状況）
EN: As of the effective date above, Rapid Japanese Training (“RJT”) does not sell paid plans or paid products on this website. Access to available learning content is provided free of charge.
JA: 上記の施行日時点で、Rapid Japanese Training（以下「RJT」）は本ウェブサイト上で有料プランや有料商品を販売していません。 公開されている学習コンテンツは無料で提供されています。
Because we do not charge any fees at this time, there are currently no payments to refund under this Refund Policy.
However, the following provisions will apply once RJT starts offering paid plans or paid digital products.
現時点で利用料金を頂いていないため、本返金ポリシーに基づき返金の対象となるお支払いは存在しません。
ただし、RJTが将来有料プランや有料デジタル商品を提供開始した場合には、以下の規定が適用されます。
2. Refunds for paid plans（有料プランに対する返金）
EN: For any paid plans or paid digital products sold directly by RJT on this website and processed through our payment provider (for example, a time-limited access pass), you may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.
JA: 本サイト上でRJTが販売し、決済代行事業者を通じて決済される有料プランや有料デジタル商品 （例：一定期間利用できるパスなど）については、適用法令によりより長い期間が定められている場合を除き、 ご購入日から14日以内であれば返金を申請することができます。
The specific refund conditions for paid plans will include, at minimum, the following points:

We may review your usage (for example, total lessons or content accessed) to prevent abuse of the refund policy,
while still honoring at least a 14-day refund window.
返金ポリシーの不正利用を防ぐため、レッスン利用回数やアクセス状況などを確認する場合がありますが、 いかなる場合も購入日から14日以内の返金申請権は尊重されます。 -

with your name, registered email address, payment reference, and the reason for your request.

Refund methods and timing（返金方法・時期）:
Approved refunds will be processed through our payment provider (e.g., back to your original payment method).
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
返金が承認された場合、決済代行事業者を通じて（原則としてご利用の支払方法に対して）返金処理を行います。 実際の反映時期は、ご利用の銀行やカード会社の処理により異なる場合があります。
3. Third-party platforms（第三者プラットフォーム経由の支払い）
EN: If you make a purchase related to RJT through a third-party platform (for example, an app store or another website) in the future, refunds for that purchase may be governed by that platform’s own refund rules. In such cases, please follow the instructions provided by the relevant platform.
JA: 将来、アプリストアや他サイトなどの第三者プラットフォームを通じて RJT関連の商品・サービスを購入された場合、その支払いに関する返金は、当該プラットフォームの返金規約が適用される場合があります。 その際は、各プラットフォームの案内に従ってお手続きください。
